How to book: While we welcome enquiries by e-mail for general information, due to the size and nature of our business reservations for our rooms and restaurant must be made over the phone with either Kate or Rob. This is to ensure that the best personal service is given from the start and an instant response to availability is received by you. We are open seven days a week but the restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday nights.

Access statement: Rhiwafallen was built in about 1850 and as such was designed with little regard to 'Access for All'. However we have done our utmost to provide a drop off area and stepless access to our front door for all of our guests. We also have one ground floor bedroom and easy access to the restaurant (also on the ground floor) but regret that some parts of the house and garden may be inaccessable to some. Please do not hesitate to call Kate or Rob to discuss any access concerns.

Terms and Conditions: A non refundable deposit of £50.00 per couple is required to secure a room booking. In the event of cancellation this will be retained against further reservation. We reserve the right to charge the full accommodation rate if cancellation is made within 7 days of the arrival date unless we are able to rebook the room. Rates are non negotiable upon arrival.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and the restrictions of the property, we are unable to accommodate children and pets and have a non smoking policy throughout. Please notify us of any special requirements at the time of booking (for example; dietry restrictions or the need for hypo-allergenic bedding) and we will do our best to fulfill your requirements.
